Announcing a new mailing list: lam-devel_at_lam-mpi.org. This list is for
topics about development of LAM/MPI itself (as opposed to general MPI
application development).
Subscribe: http://www.lam-mpi.org/mailman/listinfo.cgi/lam-devel
Web archives: http://www.lam-mpi.org/MailArchives/lam-devel/
Intended audience:
- The primary LAM developers
- Third-party developers (e.g., if you're writing an SSI module)
- Anyone exploring the internals of LAM/MPI
Sample topics:
- Questions about SSI APIs and modules
- Questions about other LAM/MPI internals
- Updates about internal usage and APIs in the LAM and MPI layers
- Specific bug reports and patches
- Running commentary/discussion on the current development state of
LAM/MPI (e.g., coordination between LAM developers)
- Implementor-level complaints about the MPI standard ;-)
Specifically -- the lam-devel list is intended for development issues of
LAM/MPI itself. The LAM list will remain as a user-level list for
questions and problems with configuring, compiling, and installing LAM/MPI
-- pretty much the same as it has always been.
Hope to see you there!
