'mpicc -showme' will give to you that compile/link command line that MPI driven uses.
As example:
"gcc -I/usr/lib/lam/include -L/usr/lib/lam/lib -llammpio -lpmpi -llamf77mpi -lmpi -llam -lnsl -lutil"
