Does mpirun redirect stdin to the mpi program being run? I am trying to
use GENEHUTER ( some genomics thingy ), and when I run on n0 ( -1 on the
bproc cluster ), it works fine, but runnign on a remote node almost
seems as if stdin is not getting passed. EX:

[henken_at_alpha ght]$ mpirun -v n0 ./ghtl/ght < $HOME/ght/add29.in
12102 ./ghtl/ght running on n0 (o)

...snipped....

 running on 1 nodes

npl:1> 'photo' is on: file is 'outadd.out'

npl:2> Count recs is 'on'

npl:3> Haplotype output is now 'off'

[henken_at_alpha ght]$ mpirun -v n1 ./ghtl/ght < $HOME/ght/add29.in
12477 ./ghtl/ght running on n1

...snipped...

 running on 1 nodes

npl:1>

        ...end of input...

This is all using bproc + lam 7.0 on RedHat 7.2. Any thoughts?
