That's strange - we didn't have to do this in our testing. This may be
a bug in libtool, which is responsible for those issues. However, you
said in a later e-mail that you were running on RH 9. Are these issues
on RH 9 as well? If so, I don't think there is much we can do. As the
Intel web site says, there is no support for the Intel compiler suite
and RH 9:
