See http://www.osc.edu/~pw/mpiexec/ for "mpiexec", which can start up
MPICH (p4, gm, or shmem) using the PBS TM mechanism (i.e. without rsh or
ssh). Mpiexec will also work with LAM 6.5/6, but you're probably better
off using LAM 7 and its own TM code.
