Dear All...
I am a pvfs user (version 1.5.6) and would like to use LAM-MPI version 7 to support the pvfs-test (the pvfs built-in measurement tool)...would anyone please guide me to configure LAM-MPI especially ROMIO to be used over the PVFS regarding i need it to support pvfs-test tool....
i have invoked the LAM-MPI "./configure" with "--with-romio-flags=FLAGS" without understanding what's to enter the FLAGS....after invoked the LAM-MPI "make install",
i then configured the romio separately by using several arguments : -mpi, -mpiincdir, and -mpilib....
i migth be wrong when i specified those arguments parameters, or there may be more procedural step that i should know to compile LAM-MPI and ROMIO correctly....please help me doing this compilation including the pvfs-test.c located in /usr/src/pvfs/utils/ in order to achieve the PVFS aggregate bandwidth measurement....
at advance I appreciate to all of your helps that include the detailed procedural steps to solve my problems...
