I wouldn't worry about this error message - the end result is that
configure guessed the right value. As long as you were able to compile
/ run LAM, there is nothing to worry about :).
Unfortunately, there is not much the LAM team can do to get rid of the
error message, as it is in a Autoconf test. And since it's mostly
harmless, we are going to ignore it for now...
