I had some time on this problem without finding a possible implementation.

Is out there a way of collecting N asynchronous started singleton
processes in an intracommunicator?

One of the processes is the 'master' which should be able to broadcast
to the rest. The 'slaves' need to send messages only to the master.

ps: by singleton I mean an MPI process started without mpirun or mpiexec
or similar.
