It looks like your C++ compiler is does not provide the header file
iostream. aCC on any modern version of HP-UX should really provide
this file (although I do not have access to an HP-UX machine to verify
this). You might want to make sure that the C++ compiler is installed
properly - I suspect that something is not configured correctly, which
is causing the iostream header file not to be found.
