        I am suspecting tha absence of automake rersponsible of that makefile
zeroing, because also Makefile.in are zeroing.

 I fix the it for share/mpi but it is also the case for config/Makefile.in and
Makefile.

        We are on the way to redo configure + make after automake installation.
