I would strongly encourage updating to the latest version of LAM/MPI. As
of this e-mail, it's 6.5.9, but we hope to release LAM/MPI 7.0 in the near
future.

Did you compile and run the xintface program? Note that the instructions
on the LAM web site say to run that program, and that will tell you the
appropriate value to add in INTFACE -- you may need to change it from
-DAdd_. For example, I just ran this on LAM 6.5.9 on an modern Linux
system and it told me to use "-Df77IsF2C".

I suspect that this might have to do with an incorrect setting in INTFACE,
per #1, above.

Ditto for #2 -- I think this might have to do with an incorrect setting
for INTFACE.
