I've a problem with lam mpi v6.5.9, and particularly with rsh between nodes.
When I try to execute a command on a remote node, there's no problem :
[calint1]/home/nkaouah: rsh mpi2 uname -a
Linux calint2 2.4.18-3smp #1 SMP Thu Apr 18 07:27:31 EDT 2002 i686 unknown
However, when lam mpi is trying to execute the .profile on a remote node,
there's a problem with the home directorie which is ever /
[calin02]/data/castest_dsi/lammpi/lamtests-6.5.9: cd
[calin02]/home/nkaouah: pwd
/home/nkaouah
[calin02]/home/nkaouah: whoami
nkaouah
[calin02]/home/nkaouah: rsh calint2 pwd
/
[calin02]/home/nkaouah:
/usr/bin/rsh mpi2 -n (. ./.profile; tkill -N )
I think that the problem, is coming from Linux configuration, but I don' t know
where.
