Hi
Thanks Sriram for the advice....It was some library
that I'd forgotten to link...Now there's a new problem
It (The compiler) says
1) "ld32: expected n32 objects, crt1.o is o32" or
something to that effect...I included this crt1.o from
the library.I read some previous mails on the archive
for the same ld32 error, but, unfortunately it's not
helped (Reason : See end of mail)
I am working on an SGI IRIX IP30(i think) with 64
clusters...I'm not sure which MPI version the system
is using..(How can I check that btw??)
I don't have a clue as to what n32 and o32 are..I know
that a simpler program: array multiplication that I
had written 2 weeks back used the same MPI statements
and it had run perfectly....Now that I'm implementing
it onto the Lattice Boltzmann code, it's spewing
jargon that I dont understand
PS: I am a chemical engineer, pleeeeeez try to be
non-technical in your replies
