First, you can compile LAM without queue debugging support (but still have
all the other TotalView support) by passing the configure flag
--disable-tv-queue. More information on all this is available in the
Install document included with the LAM distribution.

One other important note - I notice you were using icc as your C compiler,
but LAM really doesn't compile well with a C++ compiler as the C compiler.
Later in the compilation, you will most likely get in trouble.
