Hello!

just a little clarification:

Intel 7.1 does not have the dir ..../substitute_headers

If you have upgraded from 7.0 it probably didn't get removed in process.
After removing this dir altogether, both lam-6.5.9 and lam-7b13 did
compile without a hitch.
