Hello
Now that version 6.5.6 is "somewhat aware" of PBS, perhaps the experts
could give examples or a tutorial about the appropriate submission of
jobs using LAM-MPI to PBS, including any possible prologue or epilogue
scripts and shell scripts that might need to be run as cleanup.
Hopefully, it could provide information on the interoperability between
LAM and PBS (what's there, what's still missing) as well as helpful
setup options and run-time options for those of us who have never used
PBS and LAM together before and are seriously thinking about it (read:
me). How would PBS setup for a Beowulf cluster differ from PBS setup
from a collection of machines meant for serial programs only?
