The LAM Team has released LAM/MPI 6.5.8. This release fixes two bugs
in LAM/MPI 6.5.7:
- A failure in the Fortran binding for MPI_COMM_SPAWN_MULTIPLE
- A fix for file descriptor passing used in stdio forwarding (which is
only known to cause problems with Linux running on AMD's Hammer chip)
If you are using 6.5.7 without problem, there is no need to upgrade to
6.5.8.
Source tarballs, i386 RPMs for RedHat 7.2/7.3, and source RPMs are
available on the LAM/MPI download page:

It just wouldn't be the week before SuperComputing without a LAM/MPI
release.
